The questions that come up before a buyer signs, answered up front so you don't have to book a call to get a straight one.
What is an entity, and how is it different from a brand?+
Two things, tracked separately. A brand is a top-level brand you scan. An entity is something tracked under a brand: a product, a campaign, an executive, an event you're hosting. Starter scans one brand and no entities. Growth adds up to 50 entities under your brand; Scale tracks 5 brands and up to 500 entities; Agency is unlimited on both.
What's a manual rescan?+
A click on a single entity that re-runs the full scan on demand, after you act on a recommendation, when something changes (a launch, a news event, a model release), or when you want fresh data before a meeting. One click rescans one entity and consumes one of your monthly budget.
Does this work for non-commercial brands?+
Yes. The recommendation engine adapts to your sector. International organisations, nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions, professional bodies, think tanks, and public figures all have their own action whitelists, so a UN agency never gets 'improve your product page', and a SaaS company never gets 'publish a methodology white paper'.
What counts as my 'audience'?+
Whoever AI is shaping your reputation with: buyers, donors, members, journalists, policy-makers, students, prospective hires. We don't assume sales prospects. You set the audience in your brand profile, and the prompt mix and recommendations adapt to it.
Do you have a free tier?+
No. The cheapest paid tier is Starter at €49/mo. There is no free scan and no free trial. Starter is a real, low-commitment subscription: monthly billing, cancel any time from the Stripe portal after a single cycle.
Is there a trial?+
No free trial. We'd rather build a product worth paying for from day one. Starter at €49/mo is the lowest-commitment way to subscribe, cheap enough to be a real start, still a real paid subscription. It's monthly with no contract, so if it doesn't work for you, cancel after a single billing cycle.
