Is your brand invisible to AI?

Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity for recommendations before they ever reach your site. AuthorityOn.ai measures what those models say about your brand, products, leaders and competitors, then hands you a prioritised list of the next ten things to fix. Measurement and the action plan, in one subscription.

The shift you can't ignore

Search is being replaced. Brand discovery moved.

The path from question to recommendation used to run through ten blue links. Now it runs through one synthesised answer, from a model that may or may not name you. This isn't a forecast; it's already how a large share of buyer research happens.

YESTERDAY

Traditional search

  • 01Buyer types a keyword into Google
  • 02Sees ten blue links + ads
  • 03Clicks through, lands on your site
  • 04You measured this with rank tracking + GA

SEO and Search Console answered everything you needed to know.

TODAY

AI-mediated discovery

  • 01Buyer asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity
  • 02Gets a synthesised answer with two or three names
  • 03No click. They already have an opinion of you.
  • 04You have no visibility into any of it

SEO tools can't see this. Search Console can't see this.

What you're losing right now

Two gaps are quietly killing your influence in AI.

Both are invisible in Search Console. Both compound every week you don't measure them.

Anonymised, real client

vs. 98% head-to-head wins

The recommendation gap.

A global standards body wins 98% of head-to-head AI comparisons when named. It is spontaneously recommended only 2% of the time. The category leader in reality is invisible in the answer.

The discovery gap.

An enterprise software vendor with excellent content was invisible to AI. Their WAF was quietly blocking every crawler the major models rely on. Months of editorial work, gated by one firewall rule.

See it on your brand
The category gap

Most AI-visibility tools hand you a dashboard. Then what?

The whole category is good at the same one thing, counting how often a model mentions you. Then it stops. You're left holding a score and a leaderboard, with no idea which of fifty possible moves actually shifts the number.

What the category gives you
  • ·A visibility score
  • ·A competitor leaderboard
  • ·A trend line
  • ·A CSV export
What it leaves out
  • Which fix moves the score most
  • What to publish, and where to earn coverage
  • Which crawler is quietly blocking you
  • What changed this week, and why

AuthorityOn.ai is built around the half everyone else skips, turning the measurement into the next ten things to do.

Why AuthorityOn AI

Most GEO tools hand you a leaderboard.
We hand you the action plan.

Four things make this a different product, not a different dashboard. If you've tried a rank-tracker for AI and bounced, this is what you were missing.

Action planvs. a leaderboard

We tell you what to fix.

Every audit ends with a prioritised list of the next ten things to do. Sized by lift, ordered by impact. Most GEO tools stop at a rank chart, we start there.

01
Subscriptionvs. a one-off audit

Weekly heartbeat, not a snapshot.

Models retrain. The web around them shifts. Your score moves whether you act or not. Drift alerting tells you the moment it changes, and what changed in your favour or against you.

02
Coveragevs. just ChatGPT

Every model your buyers actually use.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gemini Pro, Grok, Mistral, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Copilot. Each scored separately so you see which models know you and which don't.

03
Real datavs. impression estimates

Real prompts. Real responses. Kept on file.

We query the actual models with 200+ curated prompts per scan and store the verbatim responses. Not synthetic keyword data. Not extrapolated traffic estimates. The real thing.

The measurement layer

Five signals behind every score.

Signal Five is the named methodology. Five distinct measures of how AI sees your brand, each one transparent and auditable, rolling up into a single 0-100 score you can act on. No black box.

01

Spontaneous recommendation

Ask an open buying question with no brand named. Does the model bring you up on its own?

02

Head-to-head win rate

Put you next to a named rival. Asked to choose between you, which one does the model pick?

03

Discovery & indexability

The crawlers the models train on. Can they reach, render and parse your content at all?

04

Source attribution

Which sources are shaping what AI says about you, and can you earn a place in them?

05

Recommendation drift

Models retrain and the web around them shifts. Is your score moving, and which way?

The five combine into one composite Signal Five score. The headline number and the five measures always agree, so any movement traces straight back to the signal that caused it.

Model coverage

Every frontier model. A separate scorecard per variant.

Your buyers don't all ask the same model. We query every frontier model your market uses — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Copilot — and score each variant on its own, so you see which models know you and which don't.

The deliverable

This is what lands in your inbox.

Not a slide deck. A working report: a composite score, the Signal Five broken out, every model scored separately, and a prioritised list of fixes, each sized by the lift it should move.

  • A composite Signal Five score
One 0–100 number, broken into the five measures, so the headline and the detail always agree.
  • Every model, scored separately
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and the rest, you see which models know you and which don't.
  • A prioritised action plan
The next ten things to fix, ordered by impact, tagged by strategy. Not a chart, a to-do list.

Google's new guide dismisses GEO and llms.txt as fluff, but that advice only covers Google. Meanwhile ChatGPT linked itself to user bank accounts, and Ahrefs data shows chatbot referrals convert better than any other channel.

Common questions

The seven questions every buyer asks us.

We answered them up front so you don't have to book a call to get a straight answer.

How is this different from SEO?+
SEO measures whether your site ranks for keywords on Google. AuthorityOn measures whether AI models recommend your brand by name when asked a buying question. Different question, different data, different fixes. You probably need both. Most of our customers run SEO already and adopt us to cover the AI side that Search Console can't.
Which AI models do you actually query?+
The major frontier models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok 4, Mistral, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Microsoft Copilot. Where a provider ships multiple tiers (Claude Haiku + Sonnet, Gemini Flash + Pro) we scan and score each variant separately, because buyers don't all use the same model. The provider mix is updated as new models ship; your subscription always covers the major frontier models.
How often do scores update?+
Every week. The full Signal Five audit runs every seven days for every brand you track. Drift alerts fire the moment a score moves outside a configurable threshold, so you don't have to wait for the next weekly digest.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel from the Stripe customer portal. No notice period. No clawback. You keep access until the end of the billing period and your data is exportable as JSON or CSV before it's deleted.
Do you guarantee a specific score improvement?+
No, and we'd be lying if we did. AI model behaviour is non-deterministic and models retrain on schedules outside our control. What we guarantee: real prompts run against real models, a methodology you can audit, and a prioritised action list every week. The case studies on this page show real movement, but every brand starts in a different place.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We run on Vercel + Supabase with EU data residency. Enterprise tier adds DPA + Swiss data residency (nFADP-compliant). We never share your audit data with other customers or with the LLM providers, the prompts we send to the models contain no proprietary information about your business.
Will this work if my brand is small or new?+
Yes, but the diagnosis will differ. Smaller / newer brands typically score low on spontaneous recommendation and high on discovery (because there's not much to crawl). The action plan adapts. We'll be honest about timelines, a brand-new B2B startup measuring zero won't be in AI's top answers in eight weeks, but the path is clear after one audit.
Pricing

Four plans. No free trial.

Cancel any time. Annual prepay saves ~17%. We don't do free tiers, paid customers engage seriously, and that's the kind of relationship the methodology earns its keep in.
